Chamomile & Lavender are both known for they're calming and soulful effects. While both are well known to be pleasing to the senses and as natural as they come Lavender and Chamomile play diffrent roles in your health & wellness.

* Lavender can and often will ease anxiety, can aid in better sleep and improved rest, Lavender can also help with cramping when applied to the lower abdomen. Lavender is also anti bacterial and can be applied to wounds to aid in skin regeneration and cleaning.

* Chamomile has many of the same benefits as Lavender including all of the above but it has a few others up it's sleeve. As an example my family & I (separate from this product) used Chamomile tea to combat pink eye in one of our children, in our opinion we found it extremely effective. Chamomile is also great when applied to sunburns, sores and rashes.
